Avatar Korra Cosplay costume for V4 and A4
This costume has 8 confirming figures: Armband, belt, bicep,boots,fronts, pants, skirt and suit.
Hair and character are not included. The hairmodel can be purchased from Renderosity. Hr-138
Almost all V4++ morphs are included, except for pregnant. Aiko4 morphs included too.
Because of how skirts are rigged, I do not recommend this costume for a newbie. You have to know your way around poser/Daz to be able to use this costume properly.

I'm actually more curious about where you found the hair. Somebody I know found a 3D image of Korra that I suspect is G8f though nothing says so; but I've been trying to find almost anything for the character and this is the closest I've gotten. The other render is Korra, a bit muscle-bound, and mostly nude.
